Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 August 2026.

Welcome to RMSGuru. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our restaurant management software and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the restaurant business you register.

2. Free trial
New accounts start with a 30-day free trial. No payment is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, continued use of the Service requires an active paid subscription on one of our published plans. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before your trial ends.

3. Subscriptions and billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan you choose. Plans, pricing, and included features are described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time; changes will not retroactively apply to a billing period you have already paid for. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard.

4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, to store or transmit unlawful content, to interfere with the Service's operation, or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

5. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you upload or generate through the Service (menus, orders, customer information, and similar business data). We use this data only to provide the Service to you and as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that are used fraudulently, or that remain unpaid after a subscription lapses, with notice where practical.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
